J, the founder of Franco Innovative Media & Marketing, legally goes by the name "J." Her unique name reflects her family's tradition of naming children after a grandparent or parent, and she carries her grandfather's values of integrity and helping others into her work at FIMM.

FIMM's team has an interesting coincidence - many team members have either the letter "J" in their name or are named Mohammed. It's become a running joke among the team that all the girls are "J's" and the boys are "MO's"! However, despite this funny coincidence, FIMM's team is diverse and made up of passionate and creative digital marketing experts who are committed to delivering personalized solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

The Eye-catching Color

FIMM's brand color is Cerulean, a shade of blue that was J's favorite color from the Crayola crayons box when she was in elementary school. Her love for Cerulean blue has stayed with her ever since, and the color has become an integral part of FIMM's brand identity. The agency uses variations of Cerulean blue in its branding materials, with different shades and tones to create a cohesive and eye-catching look.
