National Association Names 2026 American Business Woman of the Year
OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS – November 14, 2025 – The American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) has named J Franco MBA MCM, CEO and Founder of FIMM Agency, the 2026 American Business Woman of the Year. This national honor is awarded annually to one distinguished member selected from ABWA’s Top Ten Business Women of the Year program, which recognizes outstanding achievement in career excellence, education, leadership, and community involvement.
Franco was selected from among the 2025 Top Ten honorees to represent ABWA and all working women across the United States throughout 2026. The announcement was made during the National Women’s Leadership Conference.
Franco is the CEO and Founder of FIMM Agency, a content marketing and social media management firm supporting high-level female service-based business owners. She is an award-winning strategist and speaker known for developing practical frameworks that help women create content aligned with business goals and measurable growth. With more than a decade of experience in branding, communication management, and digital strategy, she equips entrepreneurs to build authority with clarity, purpose, and strategy.
Her professional achievements include consecutive Stevie Awards as Social Media Manager of the Year (2024 and 2025), the 2025 Sheri Parrack Diversity in Excellence Award (Small Business) from the Federation of Houston Professional Women, and the 2024 FHPW Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She holds a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California Annenberg School, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree with a marketing concentration.
Beyond her agency work, Franco is a speaker and mentor to emerging agency owners and service-based entrepreneurs. Her leadership draws from a career that spans sales, healthcare, fitness leadership, and corporate training, informing her grounded, results-driven approach to business development.
Franco is an active member of the American Business Women’s Association. She currently serves as President of the CyFair Express Network (CYFEN) and is a secondary member of the Fort Bend County Chapter. Her ABWA involvement includes multiple leadership roles, mentorship, and continuous service to advancing ABWA’s mission of leadership, education, and community connection for women in business.
ABWA Executive Director Elizabeth Johnson shared that the Top Ten honorees represent the highest ideals of leadership, excellence, and professional contribution embodied within the Association. “Recognizing these exceptional women each year is both a privilege and a reflection of the strength and breadth of leadership within ABWA,” Johnson said.
In response to receiving the national title, Franco shared, “I am honored, grateful, and humbled by this national recognition and the opportunity to share my ABWA story across the United States,” says J Franco MBA MCM. “ABWA’s mission shaped me into the woman and leader I aspired to become, and as a small business owner, it has given me the platform to serve my community and business network with purpose and commitment.“
